Now Hiring - SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP in Caseyville, IL

We are a family owned and operated Motorcoach Company looking to a another talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. Sales reps will work directly with charting parties who are obtaining quotes and booking trips.

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable taking dozens of calls per day, working with current and new customer, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Answering phones promptly.
• Price trips and provide customers with quotes in a timely manner
• Building relationships with new and existing customers
• Proactively search for new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
• Follow up with quotes, book charters, collect itineraries and payments.
• Send out post trip surveys to all customers
• Book hotel rooms for drivers

Skills

• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a +
• Having or obtaining a CDL is a + (additional compensation)
• I.T. knowledge is a +
• Proven inside sales experience
• Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Familiar with Microsoft excel, word, pdf and PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
